Stuffed Ricotta Shells Recipe

Today I will show you how to make Stuffed Ricotta Shells. This dish is very easy and I will show you step by step how you can make this with only a few ingredients. I also have a video recipe for this dish that you can view below.

Ingredients:
One Pound Jumbo Shells
1 Jar of Tomato Sauce
12 oz Mozzarella
1 pound ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/4 Cup chopped Parsley
Parmigiano Reggiano
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

First we need to prepare the ricotta cheese stuffing for the shells. Mix the 2 eggs, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, parmigiano reggiano, salt and black pepper with the ricotta cheese. Once it is all mixed up and the shells have been cooked. You need to stuff the shells with the ricotta cheese mix. Before you do that, let the shells soak in cool water for a few minutes to make sure they are not too hot when you stuff them.

After the shells are stuffed, place a small amount of tomato sauce in an oven ready pan or dish. Then place the shells over the sauce. Next lightly cover the shells with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmigiano reggiano. Now you can put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Take them out and enjoy!
